Is The 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 Coupe a Great Choice for You?
The Coupe SUV has been a part of the Mercedes-Benz lineup for over a decade. They not only offer the benefits of an SUV, but also a mix of practicality and style to match. Mercedes-Benz offers three GLE Coupes. One of them is the 2025 GLE 450 that was recently reviewed by Cars.com.

Based on our GLE SUV, the coupe’s fastback styling is attractive to customers. It offers seating for up to five people while delivering excellent cargo space. With 31.6 cubic feet behind the rear seats, you have the option to fold them down for an expansive 64.1 cubic feet.
The GLE 450 Coupe is powered by a 3.0-liter turbocharged in-line six-cylinder engine with a mild hybrid driveline. This engine is rated at 375 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque. The driveline also adds a 9G-TRONIC nine-speed automatic transmission and the traction of 4MATIC®â all-wheel drive.

How was Cars.com experience with the GLE 450? What did they like overall? They said, “[e]verything — and I mean everything — else was typical GLE excellence. The 450’s 375 horsepower and 369 pounds-feet of torque make a great case for skipping the AMG® GLE 53; Mercedes conservatively claims a 0-60 mph time of 5.3 seconds in the 450. Merging on the highway with three folks in tow felt no different from doing so with an empty cabin. A characteristically long list of standard and optional creature comforts, like heated and ventilated massaging front seats, a primo Burmesterâ* sound system, and a panoramic roof kept said passengers both occupied and chill.”
Speaking of the interior experience, Cars.com added, “[m]eanwhile, twin 12.3-inch screens for the driver display and center infotainment system were as hi-fi and satisfying to use as those in any other Mercedes.”
The screens they were referring to are part of the Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX) that is central to the luxury delivered in the GLE 450 Coupe. The 12.3-inch multimedia touchscreen for the MBUX system serves as a hub for natural language understanding through voice commands, starting with the “Hey, Mercedes” prompt. Multiple functions can be adjusted with a simple voice request. Additional inputs can be used through the touchpad controller on the center console, as well as the controls on the steering wheel.

The 2025 GLE 450 Coupe delivers all of this in a style that is attractive to the eye. It is an extension of your viewpoint on the world, which, along with the practicality you need for everyday life.
