We had an exceptional experience with Mercedes-Benz of Plano while purchasing our new GLE450. We negotiated the deal with Ryan from out of state. He worked with us to get us the exact trim and features we wanted. There were no surprises when we arrived after a three hour drive. The deal we negotiated remotely was the deal upon arrival. Nick in finance was great with the paperwork. Finally, Tyler stayed late to run us through the new tech in the vehicle. So much better than our prior car purchasing experiences. Stellar service and purchase transaction at Plano Mercedes. Andre Smith our sales consultant & Joel Habermehl Sales Manager were incredible to work with. Prompt and clean service
Liam is the BEST of the BEST! He is very transparent, his communication is stellar and honestly just cares. I have a few more things to work on and he has staged it out for me. Quick service even picking up my car.. it was so easy to pay the invoice and zero surprises. On another note I don't drive the most fancy car, it's older and needed work and yet I was treated so kind and with such respect regardless of my car. It's all fixed and I couldn't be happier.
