You were off the norm. I was given an air bag repair from recall appt.But the person who made the appointment didn’t understand what the process was. After I sat there for about an hour I was told they didn’t have my parts they had to be ordered. I was not a happy camper and the gentleman did make it right by taking someone else’s parts fixing my vehicle and re-ordering their parts. I did have to spend a longer period of time in the lounge because I didn’t really need the loaner. The TVs in the lounge are broken to a point of not being able to change channels. The car wash was a 40 minute wait. It’s OK they did a great job but really felt It was not the service I expect from MB.

My AMG needed a warranty repair and the part had to be ordered from Germany. Because it was a fuel line, MB Plano could not release my vehicle to me (safety concerns). I was given a loaner vehicle for over the month it took for the part to arrive, they kept me updated as to progress, and promptly repaired and returned my vehicle as soon as the part arrived! It is wonderful to see a dealership exemplify the excellence that this brand’s DNA demands and deserves. High praise for Service Advisor Stephen Wolston!
Very pleased with our experience with this dealership! Starting with our sales rep - Taylor Wilson. From the beginning- Taylor treated us with genuine respect proven by keeping his promises. Never felt like we were being sold - instead - he took ownership of our interests and went to work informing us of the various options he thought we might like. Taylor remained patient and courteous as we went through the process of package / build selection - answered all our questions and made beneficial suggestions. Great sales process! But that's not all - after the sale & we had picked up our car - we have had feature & tech questions now and then, Taylor has always been very quick to call us back with answers to our questions (on the occasions he didn't answer the call or after we sent him a text). Taylor will be our go-to rep when its time for our next purchase - no doubt about it! Service - our service rep is Chuck Pullen. Everything stated about Taylor's attitude goes the same with Chuck. He does an excellent job explaining what needs to be done on the vehicle and estimating the time it will take. He's very reliable about keeping our service appointment and having a loaner ready for us if we have to leave the car. Another aspect we really dig - there's no stupid question or concern - if something has us wondering - Chuck is quick to ask us to bring it in so he can get it checked out. It's as if the man really likes taking care of our vehicle as he would his own. Now isn't that cool? & as for the service experience in general - warranty work hasn't taken more than a couple days & routine maintenance is a couple hour wait at most. Lastly - there is no perfect relationship - all relationships require communication and accountability. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the loaners we were given. After we spoke up about it - Taylor, Chuck and management got in the middle of it and made corrections. Next time we picked up a loaner - it was spotless clean. Recognizing and respecting a customer criticism and taking steps to improve - that's how customer service is supposed to be handled and this dealership proved it understands that. We are very pleased this is the dealership we work with!
Friendly and professional staff , great customer service. My test drive was awesome especially since I do have a heavy foot which was very much appreciated by Todd. The entire experience was smooth and very efficient .

The service is good like all Mercedes dealers I’ve used in the past. However, the phone call they give you to go over the details of your car could be put to better use. For example, all those details could be typed up and given to you as a formal report. 9 times out of 10 people are not available to write anything down. This could be a face to face consult with the service consultant at the time of pick up also. Missed opportunity

Welcome to Mercedes-Benz of Plano

When it comes to automobiles, the Ewing family is one of the most respected and established names in DFW.

Our history began in 1940 when Bruton Orand moved from Waco to Dallas. He opened a dealership on Cedar Springs, where The Crescent Hotel now stands. The dealership survived World War II despite gas and tires rationing. It was through his core principles of serving the customer and maintaining a high level of integrity that we survived.

When Bruton Orand died in 1961, his son-in-law, Finley Ewing Jr., took over the business. Under Mr. Ewing’s leadership plans for the future growth took shape. In 1972, he was awarded one of the first Mercedes-Benz Dealerships in North Texas, Ewing Autohaus (Mercedes-Benz of Plano).

With the exciting changes, Mr. Ewing brought his son, Finley Ewing III, to the dealership to learn the business. Fin’s first job was to clean the coffee area. In his teen and college years, Fin worked in the detail department, parts department, sales and service departments. Fin took over management in 1985 and the company has never looked back.

The tradition continues; in 2014 Fin brought his son, Finley Ewing IV to learn the business and continue the legacy. Finley has worked in every department at Mercedes-Benz of Plano.
October 2015 the Ewing Family celebrated the opening of two brand new facilities on Dallas Parkway & Spring Creek in Plano, Texas. The Mercedes-Benz of Plano dealership expanded to a state-of-the-art 155,000sq.ft. facility.
