Chad reviewed with me what was completed and what/when my next A/B service will consist of/need to occur.
 
My new service advisor Stephen Wolston was fast, efficient, helpful, and friendly. And he knows the cars too! I look forward to having my 2016 GLE 350 and 2016 GLC 300 serviced with Stephen. He seems honest and knowledgeable.

Jay Henderson is a life saver ! First time I have ever taken my car in for repairs to the dealership but my expirence with the nice ladies in the front desk and the great customer service Jay provided with every issue I had with my veichle and how it was handled met my expectations 100%!! Most definitely will recommend this location to anyone either needing a car or needing repairs.
 
These are the nicest people! My situation was the car my daughter drives had a warning light come on during her trip back to Texas and we live in Oklahoma, bought the car in Oklahoma and knew the car could not be driven back for repairs. So lucked into this dealership! Was everything I could have hoped for seeing as it all had to be handled long distance. They made me feel very comfortable and took great care of the car. Everything was perfect!

Jay Henderson, my service representative was very courteous and professional, made it easy and convenient, texted me proactively with updates and got me in and out with no hassles. Work was done as expected, car washed and ready when I arrived. Pricing was reasonable for having your car serviced at a Mercedes shop.However:I witnessed another young service rep arguing rudely and publicly with a customer who had a dispute over charges for a diagnostic of two vehicles. Totally unacceptable to speak that way to a customer, let alone out in public. In my opinion he created a hostile environment for the many staff and customers around the cashier area. Even though the customer was probably wrong in this case, management should not tolerate such a rude employee. Made me question whether I will return, I would not want to have to deal with that rep.
 
I used to go to park place Mercedes but since the customer service there declined so much I moved to this location. They kept me updated and were wonderful, I would highly recommend using this location for Mercedes.

Welcome to Mercedes-Benz of Plano

When it comes to automobiles, the Ewing family is one of the most respected and established names in DFW.

Our history began in 1940 when Bruton Orand moved from Waco to Dallas. He opened a dealership on Cedar Springs, where The Crescent Hotel now stands. The dealership survived World War II despite gas and tires rationing. It was through his core principles of serving the customer and maintaining a high level of integrity that we survived.

When Bruton Orand died in 1961, his son-in-law, Finley Ewing Jr., took over the business. Under Mr. Ewing’s leadership plans for the future growth took shape. In 1972, he was awarded one of the first Mercedes-Benz Dealerships in North Texas, Ewing Autohaus (Mercedes-Benz of Plano).

With the exciting changes, Mr. Ewing brought his son, Finley Ewing III, to the dealership to learn the business. Fin’s first job was to clean the coffee area. In his teen and college years, Fin worked in the detail department, parts department, sales and service departments. Fin took over management in 1985 and the company has never looked back.

The tradition continues; in 2014 Fin brought his son, Finley Ewing IV to learn the business and continue the legacy. Finley has worked in every department at Mercedes-Benz of Plano.
October 2015 the Ewing Family celebrated the opening of two brand new facilities on Dallas Parkway & Spring Creek in Plano, Texas. The Mercedes-Benz of Plano dealership expanded to a state-of-the-art 155,000sq.ft. facility.
