Taylor gave us the best price and honest advice. Save yourself hours of research. Go to reception and ask for Taylor. I have bought luxury cars before but this guy is amazing. He has more leverage because he used to be the Sales Manager there and can pull strings to get you what you want. He has an amazing knowledge of Mercedes and cars in general. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend.

I am satisfied with the service I got from my Advisor. Jay called me as soon as my car was ready for pick up. My suggestion is for the Service Advisor be checking their voicemail so as to return customers call back on time.
 
Pleased with experience while visiting dealer for service. Advised when first time the amount of time to perform service and it was done on time. Nice waiting area - television, beverages and snacks make the waiting time more pleasant.
 
Drop off was a bit hectic since it was Monday and everyone got there at the same time so it took a long time. I was starting to get really irritated but when I went to talk to another staff member. This older Caucasian gentleman was so nice. He took care of everything and got me out of there within 20 minutes of personally handling everything for me. I felt much better about how they redeemed the customer service experience there. When I got my car back, it looked great. Interior was wiped down and cleaned properly. And the door ding that they were fixing was no where to be seen. I appreciate the good service. Thanks guys.

The 5 Star review goes to Darrell Hair.  He was welcoming from the beginning and did not pressure me to buy. I had just gone in to inquire about CPOs and he provided me a wealth of information based on what I was looking for.  I was thinking to buy within the next few months but because of his remarkable service, focus on my needs, professionalism, and positive demeanor, I decided to pursue a vehicle that met my needs. Being a customer since 2003 my service advisor is a very important person to me. Luckily I have had one very long term advisor and another one or two that were okay. August 2018 I find myself starting over again. After getting advice from a few people, JC Matlock connected me to Stephen Wolston. I am happy to say what a great job he is doing. It was inspection time, service, and a possible CPO issue. Stephen handled things to my satisfaction. He kept me informed as to what was going on. Even though I live in McKinney and believe in supporting local businesses I will continue to drive to Plano to your dealership.

Welcome to Mercedes-Benz of Plano

When it comes to automobiles, the Ewing family is one of the most respected and established names in DFW.

Our history began in 1940 when Bruton Orand moved from Waco to Dallas. He opened a dealership on Cedar Springs, where The Crescent Hotel now stands. The dealership survived World War II despite gas and tires rationing. It was through his core principles of serving the customer and maintaining a high level of integrity that we survived.

When Bruton Orand died in 1961, his son-in-law, Finley Ewing Jr., took over the business. Under Mr. Ewing’s leadership plans for the future growth took shape. In 1972, he was awarded one of the first Mercedes-Benz Dealerships in North Texas, Ewing Autohaus (Mercedes-Benz of Plano).

With the exciting changes, Mr. Ewing brought his son, Finley Ewing III, to the dealership to learn the business. Fin’s first job was to clean the coffee area. In his teen and college years, Fin worked in the detail department, parts department, sales and service departments. Fin took over management in 1985 and the company has never looked back.

The tradition continues; in 2014 Fin brought his son, Finley Ewing IV to learn the business and continue the legacy. Finley has worked in every department at Mercedes-Benz of Plano.
October 2015 the Ewing Family celebrated the opening of two brand new facilities on Dallas Parkway & Spring Creek in Plano, Texas. The Mercedes-Benz of Plano dealership expanded to a state-of-the-art 155,000sq.ft. facility.
