They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, then serviced my C300. Communication was sometimes slow with updates on the diagnosis and repair, but it was ultimately completed and no check engine light now.
 
Dealer personnel helped us even though we were from out of state. All e-mail and phone conversations were professional and courteous. The day we drove to the dealership, we were greeted with a smile, our vehicle was spotless and ready to go. We were instructed on all the vehicle systems, how to adjust this and that, and the finance dept. was courteous and very professional as well. Overall, a very pleasant experience given the usual stress of purchasing a vehicle. We felt welcome and well cared for while there. Great experience, wish more dealerships were like this one!

I was left waiting one hour after paying for my car repair. This was after arranging a specific pick up time. Eventually my Service Coordinator searched the dealership and found my car. He apologized and said they brought up wrong car to drop off bay. This was first bad experience in many years with the dealership. Normally, they have amazing service.

We are from out-of-state and needed to replace a ruined tire. We got right in, great service, very professional and in a couple of hours, we were on our way. Would definitely return!

I brought my vehicle in for body repairs from a minor fender bender. My body shop advisor, Will, was excellent. He stayed on top of things and kept me posted on the progress. It was also time for a service check. Will took my vehicle to the service bay once body shop repairs were completed. It was seamless. Alex in service took great care of the service aspect. I’m very pleased.

Damaged while replacing a tire. Fixed it like new, but took 1 1/2 weeks. Car provided and kept me informed of progress throughout the repair.

Welcome to Mercedes-Benz of Plano

When it comes to automobiles, the Ewing family is one of the most respected and established names in DFW.

Our history began in 1940 when Bruton Orand moved from Waco to Dallas. He opened a dealership on Cedar Springs, where The Crescent Hotel now stands. The dealership survived World War II despite gas and tires rationing. It was through his core principles of serving the customer and maintaining a high level of integrity that we survived.

When Bruton Orand died in 1961, his son-in-law, Finley Ewing Jr., took over the business. Under Mr. Ewing’s leadership plans for the future growth took shape. In 1972, he was awarded one of the first Mercedes-Benz Dealerships in North Texas, Ewing Autohaus (Mercedes-Benz of Plano).

With the exciting changes, Mr. Ewing brought his son, Finley Ewing III, to the dealership to learn the business. Fin’s first job was to clean the coffee area. In his teen and college years, Fin worked in the detail department, parts department, sales and service departments. Fin took over management in 1985 and the company has never looked back.

The tradition continues; in 2014 Fin brought his son, Finley Ewing IV to learn the business and continue the legacy. Finley has worked in every department at Mercedes-Benz of Plano.
October 2015 the Ewing Family celebrated the opening of two brand new facilities on Dallas Parkway & Spring Creek in Plano, Texas. The Mercedes-Benz of Plano dealership expanded to a state-of-the-art 155,000sq.ft. facility.
