Introducing the New All-Electric Mercedes-AMG®(R) GT 4-Door Coupe

The four-door coupe has returned for Mercedes-AMG®, albeit with an electrified twist.
The new 2027 Mercedes-AMG® GT Four-Door Coupe was recently unveiled, promising to deliver battery-electric performance that matches the soul of its badge, while offering practicality and technology in one incredibly unique vehicle.
The first thing you will notice is its design. It pushes the latest styling elements, including the fabled three-pointed star emblem embedded into both front and rear lighting signatures, to new heights. The light bar on the front fascia adds to the large lighted AMG® grille, adding a new signature to its most powerful four-door automobile.

The exterior is also very aerodynamic, thanks to the use of AEROKINETICS active aerodynamics, which help improve efficiency while ensuring the car remains planted on the road.
Inside, Mercdes-Benz designers lent the Four-Door Coupe a sports-car like feel by crafting a driver-focused cockpit infused with the latest technology, including both the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS) and Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX).
But the AMG® GT Four-Door Coupe backs its dramatic appearance with the performance to match, thanks to an innovative three axial flux motor arrangement. This system provides up to 1,153 horsepower and 1,475 pound-feet of torque – the highest performance numbers of a standard specification in AMG® history. It is also very quick, as Mercedes-AMG® says the GT Four-Door Coupe can go from 0-60 MPH in a scant two seconds. That ultimate velocity threshold can be enabled by the AMG® Sport+ setting, coupled with the AMG® RACE ENGINEER driving enhancement program, that delivers V-8-inspired performance at the press of a button.
Fueling this advanced driveline is the AMG® High Performance Electric battery. Developed from technologies used in Formula 1 racing, the 800-volt battery pack is engineered with directly cooled cylindrical cells that ensure fast, repeatable and sustained power delivery. It also has a 600-kilowatt charging capacity, which enables faster recharges at DC public fast chargers in approximately ten minutes, returning 285 miles of range in that timeframe. It can also recoup from 10% to 80% state-of-charge is just 11 minutes.

With an electric drive system putting down that kind of power, you expect an exhilarating driving experience. That is why you can opt for AMG® ACTIVE RIDE CONTROL air suspension. This enables your GT Four-Door Coupe to corner precisely with active roll stabilization. When you take it on a road trip, the system provides a supple, compliant ride that is unexpected in a car capable of such incredible performance. The GT Four-Door Coupe also offers active rear-axle steering for sharper cornering, along with all-season traction thanks to AMG® Performance 4MATIC® fully variable all-wheel drive.
The new Mercedes-AMG® GT Four-Door Coupe is set to arrive at Mercedes-Benz of Plano starting later this year. Contact us to register your interest in this next chapter of AMG® performance.
